Account deletion

In the app: open Settings (your initials, top right), scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm. The account and everything in it is removed immediately and you are signed out. That is the whole procedure — no forms, no questions, no retention offers. It works the same on iPhone, Android and raysheo.com/app.

Without the app: email hello@raysheo.com with the subject “Delete my Raysheo account”, sent from the email address your account uses. Deletion completes within 30 days of the request, and you get one confirmation email when it is done.

Everything tied to your account:

• the account itself — email, name, sign-in identities (Google, Apple or password)
• all study progress — card schedules, quiz history, exam attempts, streaks
• your notes, bookmarks, self-marked answers, exam dates and plans
• your course and semester profile and settings

Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery window after it completes, and a new account starts from nothing.

If you ever paid for Raysheo, records of those transactions are retained as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires — that is a legal obligation, not a choice. Those records are invoices, not study data.

Nothing else outlives the account.
