IMPORTANT on currency. The 2021 amendment changed a great deal of this Act: it inserted s. 34A, s. 67A and s. 68A, created the small limited liability partnership, and decriminalised a set of defaults so that they attract a penalty rather than a fine on conviction. Where this subject states a penalty or a compliance threshold, check the section as it stands today.
