Enforcement without the court’s intervention under s. 13, and the appeal under s. 17. Mardia Chemicals v. Union of India (2004) struck down the seventy-five per cent deposit condition, and s. 13(3A) and ss. 26A to 26E came later — so the appeal provision must be read in its post-2004 form.
