A charitable trust runs a hospital which charges no fees, is funded entirely by donations, and employs 120 persons — doctors, nurses, cleaners and clerks. A ward boy is dismissed and the union raises a dispute. The trust contends that it is not an 'industry' and that no industrial dispute arises. Advise the union, and say whether your advice would differ if the dismissal had taken place after 21 November 2025. (10 marks)
