Dr Meera sells her dental clinic at Pune, together with its goodwill, to Dr Anil. The sale deed contains two covenants. By the first, Meera will not practise dentistry anywhere in Maharashtra for five years. By the second, she will not practise within three kilometres of the clinic for so long as Anil carries on the practice there. Eight months later Meera opens one clinic at Nashik and another one kilometre from her old premises. Advise Anil. (10 marks)
