You are defending Ramesh in a sessions trial on a charge of grievous hurt. His defence is an alibi, and he has already deposed to it. After the day's hearing he tells you in confidence that the alibi is false, that he was present at the scene, and he instructs you to continue with it and to call his brother tomorrow to support it.
